Meanwhile, during Nandita’s routine check-up, the doctor finds her blood sugar levels alarmingly high. Shocked, he questions the family about her diet and whether she has been consuming sugar despite strict instructions. Aradhana assures him that Nandita only takes sugar-free tablets. When Aradhana mentions the brand, the doctor asks to inspect them.
Later, the doctor secretly meets Baldev and discloses a startling truth — the tablets Nandita has been taking aren’t sugar-free at all. They contain real sugar and could have endangered her life.
